Digital Patterns

You'll receive a separate email with instructions on how to download your PDF pattern. If you don't received this straight away please check your spam folder or contact us, shop@needleandhook.co.nz.

Physical Products

We aim to pack and dispatched your order within 1 business day after the order has been placed.  All orders can be followed with the tracking number we provide in the shipment confirmation email. 

Preorders

We try our best to ensure that all items offered for preorder are available however, in the unlikely case that the item you preordered cannot be supplied we will communicate available with you.

Returns

We gladly accept returns for all items within 14 days of purchase. 

Returns will be refunded by store credit or exchange unless the item is faulty. If the item is faulty we offer a full refund. 

Please note the following exceptions to our return or exchange policy:

  • Discounted or sale items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged
  • Returned items must have tags still on and be returned in original packaging
  • Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use
  • Items cannot be returned after 14 days of receiving your order

You will be responsible for the cost of return post and packaging.

Lost or Damaged Parcels

We take great care to beautifully wrap and package your parcel and we want to ensure you get all the warm fuzzies when receiving your order from Needle & Hook so if you receive a damaged parcel please contact us immediately on shop@needleandhook.co.nz so we can discuss your options. 

All parcels are covered for damage and loss during transit, however once delivered we cannot take responsibility for any loss or damage.
