With an allover stitch pattern of little holly boughs gently rippling like waves along the dress from the hem to collar, a high-waist pintuck gathering a fully, whimsy skirt, hems fringed with little pompom-like bobbles, and 3⁄4 length sleeves, our Holly Dress works its magic with a combination of elegant design, textural details and inspiration from nature. Bottom-up and worked in the round to the back opening, fastened with a crocheted loop, the design balances ease of execution with the fun challenge of lace knitting.
